Carlos de Regules

Carlos De Regules has extensive experience in the construction and operations sectors, having worked at Grupo Hermosillo since November 1999 in various roles, including Operations Manager, Construction Manager, Process and Quality Manager, Project Manager, Superintendent, Civil Works Field Architect, and ISO9001 Documentator. Prior to this, Carlos worked as a Junior Architect at COTUCO Tijuana from November 1998 to November 1999 and at Obras Publicas Tijuana from August 1997 to October 1998. Carlos holds an educational background from Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana, where studies were completed from 1994 to 1999.
