Matheus Amaral has a diverse work experience. Matheus started their career as a Competidor at the Congresso Brasileiro de Mágicos in 2004. Later, they interned at the Foundation for Research and Development of Administration, Accounting and Economics – Fundace in 2009. From 2008 to 2010, they served as the Financial Director at the Núcleo de Empreendedores.

In 2010, Matheus became the President and Administrative Counselor at the Financial Market Club FEARP / USP, where they coordinated a team of 26 members and organized various events. Matheus also played a key role in the selection process of students for the FEARP Investment Research Challenge.

Matheus worked as a Broker at RP Capital Investimentos from 2011 to 2012 before joining Bradesco Corporate as an Assistant Manager. In this role, they provided direct client support to corporate clients, developing business opportunities and monitoring financial results.

In 2012, Matheus achieved the first place in the Technical Report at the Investment Research Challenge case organized by the CFA Institute. Matheus also created a successful cosmetics distribution company called Grupo Hinode - Oficial, where they served as the Head of Sales. During their tenure, they established a network of 2,000 sellers across 8 Latin American countries and achieved an annual revenue of approximately R$ 2.5 million. Matheus also conducted sales training for more than 20,000 people and developed sales funnels for the cosmetics market.

Matheus Amaral completed their high school education from Prevê Objetivo Bauru from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, completing it from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Matheus obtained a certification in "Método V4 - Cientista do Marketing Digital" from V4 Company in February 2022.
