Maritza Hernandez Guerrero

Maritza Hernandez Guerrero has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Maritza started their career in 2011 as a Capitán de Meseros at Grupo de Meseros America, where they organized and supervised the service of the wait staff. In 2011, they also had a practicum as an Auxiliar de Ventas at Hotel Fiesta Americana, where they interacted with clients, made room and event reservations, and managed contracts.

In 2013, Maritza worked as a Hostess at Palladium Hotel Group and Hotel Gran Palladium Resort & Spa Riviera Maya, where they greeted and organized guests at the restaurant, managed reservations, and maintained customer data. The same year, they joined Hotel Melia Mexico Reforma as an Agente de Reservaciones, where they took phone reservations from different types of clients, managed reservation systems, and handled agency commissions.

Maritza's experience in revenue management began in 2015 at HOTEL KRYSTAL GRAND REFORMA UNO MEXICO CITY. Maritza served as a Gerente de E-commerce, responsible for managing online agency contracts, monitoring productivity and promotions, and ensuring content updates and pricing parity on online platforms. Maritza also worked as an Ejecutiva de Select Circle, handling incentives for agencies and companies with agreements with the hotel and managing the loyalty program.

In 2016, Maritza joined Hotel El Escandon as a Director de Ventas, overseeing sales activities. Maritza then moved to Hotel Krystal Pachuca in 2017, where they served as Gerente de Reservaciones y Revenue Manager, responsible for reservations and revenue management. In 2018, they became a Revenue Manager at Krystal Grand Suites Insurgentes, focusing on revenue optimization.

Maritza's latest role is as a Regional Revenue Manager at Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe S.A.B. de C.V, starting in April 2019. Maritza'sresponsibilities in this position include regional revenue management.

Throughout their career, Maritza has gained experience in various areas of the hotel industry, including sales, reservations, revenue management, and customer service.

Maritza Hernandez Guerrero pursued their undergraduate studies from 2008 to 2012 at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo. Maritza obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, specializing in Turismo, ocio y naturaleza (Tourism, leisure, and nature).
