Laura Alexander has extensive experience in customer service and operations management within the chemical industry. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager for Grupo IDESA since January 2019, Laura oversees U.S. accounts previously managed by Kalama International, specializing in importing phthalic anhydride and ethanolamines from Mexico. Prior to this role, Laura held positions at Kalama International from May 2012 until its closure in December 2018, including Operations and Accounts Manager, where a commitment to exceptional customer service was paramount. Earlier in their career, Laura was a Dental Hygienist and Team Leader at Smile Programs, providing dental services and education in a school setting. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Sam Houston State University and further education from UT Health San Antonio.
