João Pedro Mikinev

João Pedro Mikinev is an experienced professional currently serving as Head of Delivery Services at GRUPO INOVAGE since August 2023, overseeing the SAP Business One consultancy operations. Previously, João held multiple leadership roles at Intragroup, including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Sales, where responsibilities encompassed continuous improvement across business areas, process management, and sales strategies leading to significant revenue growth. With a solid background in SAP project management, João has also contributed to the development of performance metrics and innovative solutions for enhancing customer experiences. An alumnus of Universidade de São Paulo, João holds an MBA in Strategic Sales Management and degrees in Production Engineering and Civil Engineering.
