Carlos Montalván M has extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors, including education, financial services, and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as the Corporate Senior Vice President of Talent & Learning at Grupo Intercorp since July 2010, Carlos focuses on developing talent to support business growth in Peru. Previously held positions include General Manager of Zegel Ipae and Interfondos SAF within Intercorp, as well as roles at Eli Lilly and Company, where responsibilities ranged from regional brand management to senior sales management. Early career experiences include consultancy roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and AT Kearney, along with business development at TGM Distribuidores. Carlos holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico.
