Rafael Dasso Montero

Rafael Dasso Montero serves as the Vice President of Growth at Grupo Intercorp since February 2018, overseeing diverse sectors including banking, insurance, retail, and healthcare. Previously, Rafael was the CEO of InRetail Pharma, focusing on improving access to quality health services. As a Founding Partner of Nexus Group since 1998, Rafael has significant experience in leadership roles, having been the CEO of InkaFarma, Real Plaza, and Cineplanet, where Rafael established a prominent pharmacy chain, led the largest mall operations in Peru, and revitalized cinema as a key entertainment venue. Early in Rafael's career, notable contributions were made as an Associate at Interinvest, managing investment banking operations. Rafael holds a Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Economics from Lehigh University.
