Milton Penna

Milton Penna has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1987, they worked as a Senior Relationship Banker at Citi Brasil until 1995. Milton then joined Banco Sudameris Brasil S.A. as a Diretor Regional, holding the role from 1995 to 1999 and then again from 2000 to 2004. Milton later worked at Banco ABN AMRO Real S.A. as a Diretor Regional from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2015, Milton worked as a Superintendente Executivo Corporate Banking at Banco Santander. Currently, they are serving as a CFO e RI at Grupo José Alves, a position they have held since May 2018.

From 2014 to 2015, they attended the IESE Business School and completed an Executive MBA program in the field of Programa de Desenvolvimento de Liderança (Leadership Development Program).
