Xavier Ruiz

Xavier Ruiz is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the tourism and hospitality sector. Currently, Xavier serves as the Head of Sales in Destination at Grupo Julià since April 2017. Prior to this role, Xavier was with Hotelbeds Group from August 2010 to April 2017, where responsibilities included leading the Hotelextras sales team and managing sales strategies for urban destinations in Spain. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Sales Executive at Areas España focusing on conventions sales, and several positions at Hilton in Barcelona, where Xavier supervised teams and handled client bookings. Xavier holds a degree in Tourism from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
