Shirleyson Kaisser has been in the business world since 2009. Shirleyson started their career as an Advertiser Account Manager at Cliquemidia. Shirleyson then moved on to become the Director of Expansion at Globaldine LLC in 2013. In 2014, they became the CEO of Grupo KPG. In 2016, they founded Kapsula, and in 2018 they became the CEO and Fundador of Braip. In 2020, they founded Jhope INC.
