Brenda López Ruiz

Brenda López Ruiz is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational management, currently serving as Jefa de Desarrollo Organizacional at Grupo Lala since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Up Sí Vale, where positions spanned from Talent Development Manager to Talent Development Analyst, as well as Talent Acquisition responsibilities. Brenda began their career at Credifiel and Profuturo, focusing on recruitment and selection, and gained early experience through an internship at CONSAR. Brenda holds a Licenciatura in Psicología from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and has completed diplomas in Strategic Human Capital Administration and Strategic Talent Management.
