Julio Alejandro Castilla Arciniega

Julio Alejandro Castilla Arciniega currently serves as Jefe de Investigación y Desarrollo at Grupo Lala since October 2013, overseeing the development of new dairy products and providing technical support for the U.S. and Central American markets. Prior roles at Grupo Lala include Sr. Development Engineer focused on dairy derivatives and Jr. Development Engineer responsible for yogurt categories. His earlier experience includes a position as a New Product Development Technician at Tyson de México, where Julio was involved in developing meat formulas. Julio holds a diploma in Technological Innovation of Products and Processes from Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Lerdo and a degree in Food Chemical Engineering from Universidad Juárez del Estado de Durango.
