Mauricio Castillo

Mauricio Castillo's work experience includes serving as the CIO Global for Grupo Lala, where they were responsible for the vision, planning, organization, leadership, management, and control of services and technology solutions. Mauricio also held the position of CIO for Mexico & Central America at Grupo Lala, overseeing the deployment of services and technology solutions at an enterprise level. Prior to that, they worked at Grupo Lala as the IT Planning Manager, where they were involved in strategic and tactical planning, landscape evaluation, and design of critical mission services. Additionally, Mauricio has experience working at Sabritas in various roles, including IT Analyst, Project Leader, DB Manager, Systems Manager, and IT Planning Manager.

Mauricio Castillo completed their MBA in Administration & Commercial Strategy from Universidad del Valle de México from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computing & Administration Science from the same university from 1989 to 1993. Mauricio also holds additional certifications in Prosci Change Management - Practitioner from Prosci and ITIL V3 from the Examination Institute for Information Science, obtained in 2015 and 2009 respectively.
