Jalon Salum

Jalon Salum is an experienced project manager with expertise in SAP systems and IT management. Currently serving as Gerente de Projetos at GRUPO LPJ since October 2020, Jalon focuses on project proposal development, resource management, and improving system implementations. Previous roles include Gerente de TI at Coopadap, where project management for ERP conversions was executed, and Gerente de Serviços at GrupoLPJ, managing client portfolios and system improvement projects. Jalon has also served as a consultant and has extensive experience in developing high-performance IT teams, managing budgets, and implementing ERP systems across various companies, including Usiminas and Mineração Usiminas. Jalon holds multiple specializations in business management and maintenance engineering and a bachelor’s degree in administration from PUC Minas.
