Diego Ayala Maldonado

Diego Ayala Maldonado is the Co-Founder and CEO of Grupo Luxun, with extensive experience in leadership positions across multiple companies. Currently serving as Editorial Business Advisor at Grupo REFORMA and a Partner at 4D Legacy Partners since January 2024, Ayala Maldonado also holds the position of Chairman and Founder at L2 Capital, a private investment fund focused on impactful energy transition projects. Previous roles include Structural Design Engineer at MM Engineers SC and Resident Engineer at Grupo GP. Academically, Ayala Maldonado holds an Engineer's degree in Innovation and Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master in Business & Technology from Collective Academy.
