Rafael Mello

Rafael Mello has significant work experience in various roles and companies. Rafael started their career as the Manager of the Brazil Office at DirectSource Imports in 2007 and continued in this role until 2009. From 2006 to 2013, they served as a Director at RM Brazil - Brazilian Products, where they were responsible for operations in South America and managing the supply chain. In 2010, they joined Belarina Alimentos S/A as a Comex employee until 2013. Starting in 2013, Rafael held the position of Director of Operations at Madero Burger & Grill, overseeing the implementation and opening of new restaurants. Rafael is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Madero, a position they have held since December 2017.

Rafael Mello attended Colégio Positivo for an unspecified period of time. Rafael then enrolled at Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná, where they earned a degree in Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering.
