Mara Morales Valdes

Mara Morales Valdes is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Jefa del Area Legal at Maquinarias S.A. since November 2018, Mara has been with the company since May 2010, previously holding the position of Asesora Legal Senior. Prior experience includes a role as Abogada at Alayza Consultores Legales SCRL from October 2009 to May 2011 and at Estudio Cantuarias from November 2007 to October 2009. Mara holds a Maestría en Derecho Empresarial with a focus on Derecho Corporativo from Universidad de Lima, completed in 2014, and a Diplomado en Desarrollo de Habilidades Gerenciales from Universidad del Pacífico, obtained in 2016. Additionally, Mara earned a Law degree (Abogada) from Universidad de Lima in 2006.
