Bernardo Angulo Latapí has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bernardo started their career in 2002 as the Jefe de departamento de soporte técnico at Gobierno del Estado de Michoacán, where they worked for almost 10 years. Bernardo then moved on to Centro Estatal de Tecnologías de Información y Comunicaciones in 2012, where they served as the Lider de Proyecto de Dictámenes Técnicos for a year. In 2013, Bernardo joined Intelisis, SA de CV, as the Gerente de Desarrollo for a brief period. Bernardo then joined Grupo México in 2014, initially serving as the Gerente de TI, División Infraestructura and later transitioning to the role of CIO - División Infraestructura in 2016.

Bernardo Angulo Latapí has a diverse education history. Between 1996 and 2000, they attended Universidad Vasco de Quiroga, where they pursued a degree in Licenciatura en Sistemas Computarizados with a focus on Redes y TI. In 2009, Bernardo attended the Shared Services Summit at Harvard Kennedy School. In the following years, they continued their education at Harvard Kennedy School, participating in various summits and conferences such as the 2010 Shared Services in the Public Sector Summit, the 2011 Public Sector and Education Shared Services Summit, and the 2012 Public Sector and Education Shared Services Summit, where they received a degree titled "The 2012 Public Sector and Education Shared Services Summit: Pathways to Transformation." Additionally, Bernardo received SAP Training in 2014.
