Juan Martin Peña García

Juan Martin Peña García has an extensive work experience in the mining industry. Juan Martin served as the Director of Operations at Grupo México from July 2017 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager at First Majestic Silver Corp. from February 2016 to June 2017. Juan Martin also held the position of Gerente de Minas at Sierra Metals from January 2015 to January 2016. Before that, they worked as the Gerente de Planeación at NEMISA de C.V. from June 2011 to December 2014. Juan Martin began their career as a Líder de Proyecto at Peñoles S.A.B. in April 2006 and worked there until May 2011.

Juan Martin Peña García obtained a Master's degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, where they studied from 1998 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the Facultad de Minas de la Universidad de Guanajuato, earning a degree in INGENIERO DE MINAS between 1983 and 1988. Additionally, they hold a certification in Master Degree from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
