María Portarrieu

Mariana Aguirre is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in business management and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store focused on organic body care and environmental products. Concurrently, Mariana serves as a Compliance Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Owner/Manager at Barbería El Galgo Negro (November 2017 - November 2019), Nutritionist at a private consulting practice (February 2016 - 2019), and University Instructor at a vocational training school, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food (August 2016 - August 2017). Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
