Grupo Myth arises from the mission of advising and working together with our customers in the implementation of the end-to-end processes for Organizational Talent Management aiming to enhance Business outcomes. Throughout a wide range of methodologies such as create, organize and transfer knowledge and capabilities, we improve organizational experiences strengthening the internal know-how as a strategy to face the changes and deliver the goals established for each organization. Our name stems from the concept “Myth”, considering a story or a tale; we tailored it because as in talents, its salience depends on being transmitted cross-generational.
