Fábio Silva

Fábio Silva currently holds the position of Analista de suporte técnico II at Grupo NTSec since December 2023, following a role as Analista de suporte técnico I. In this position, Fábio specializes in the administration of Check Point firewalls, including Access Control, NAT, Threat Prevention, IPS, App Control, and URL Filtering, as well as implementing and supporting VPNs with expertise in troubleshooting tunnels and both dynamic and static routing. Prior to this, Fábio worked at SONDA from July 2023 to December 2023 as an Analista de suporte técnico, responsible for the installation and configuration of hospital systems, VPN setup, printer configuration, and user management within Active Directory, along with handling technical support calls and remote troubleshooting through ServiceNow. Fábio is pursuing a degree in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas at Estácio, expected to be completed in June 2025.
