Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business, nutrition, and education. Mariana currently operates an online store, AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. In addition, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and taught university-level courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school between August 2016 and August 2017.
