Luzia Gasetta Tschizik - Grupo Ourho

Luzia Gasetta Tschizik is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as a Palestrante and Diretora Fundadora at Grupo Ourho Connecta since December 1991, and as a Palestrante at Grupo Ourho since January 1992. In addition, Luzia holds the position of Diretora Corporativa at Grupo Ourho, responsible for the commercial and technical areas. Prior to joining Grupo Ourho, Luzia worked as a Selecionadora at Johson & Johnson Ltda and Embraer, beginning a career in Human Resources. Luzia completed a Postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology at FAAP and earned a degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário Braz Cubas.
