Duncan Keen has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Duncan started their career as a Trainee at BNP Paribas in 1995 before moving on to Procter & Gamble, where they held multiple positions including Associate Brand Manager and Brand Manager for various regions and product lines. In these roles, they successfully launched campaigns, expanded geographical coverage, and drove sales growth.
From 2011 to 2012, Keen worked as a Group Brand Manager for the Lucchetti Business Unit at Molinos Rio de la Plata. In 2012, they joined Grupo Peñaflor as the Marketing Director for the International Wine Bottled Export Business. Duncan later became the Spirits Business Director for Argentina and currently holds the position of North America Sales Director. In these roles, they have been responsible for driving business growth, managing full P&L responsibilities, and leading teams.
Duncan Keen completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Universidad de Belgrano, from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued a Bilingual Bachelor's degree at Saint George's College from 1987 to 1993. Duncan also obtained a Level 3 Award in Wines from Wine & Spirit Education Trust, although the specific dates are unknown.
