Alex Bueno da Silva

Alex Bueno da Silva has over 16 years of experience in various roles in the IT industry. Alex started their career as a System Analyst at Citrosuco, where they supported the implementation of SAP and provided third-level support for infrastructure and network operations. Alex then worked as a SAP Consultant at KF Consulting and System Development Ltda before joining Accenture as a Senior IT Consultant. At Accenture, they collaborated with clients in multiple sectors and gained expertise in various SAP solutions. Alex also participated in international projects and acquired international expertise at Accenture Q Center in Chicago. After leaving Accenture, Alex worked as an IT and SAP Coordinator at Multigrain, where they led a team of 12 members and ensured top-notch infrastructure operations and information security. Alex then served as an IT Manager at CJ International Brazil, where they developed a strategic plan aligned with business goals and contributed to the digitization of the tax area. Prior to their current role, Alex was an IT Executive Manager at Crown Embalagens Metalicas da Amazonia S/A, where they spearheaded IT operations and implemented advanced projects for production efficiency. Currently, Alex is the Head of Data Analytics at Grupo Petrópolis. Alex is also pursuing a post-graduate degree in Data Science at USP - Universidade de São Paulo to enhance their knowledge of artificial intelligence and data analysis techniques.

Alex Bueno da Silva has a bachelor's degree in Data Processing from Fatec Taquaritinga, which was obtained from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they have a master's degree in Project Management and Business from FIA Business School, which was obtained from 2013 to 2016. In 2022, they completed a postgraduate degree in Executive Development from Fundação Dom Cabral. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA in Data Sciences from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, starting in 2023. Alex also has certifications in Digital Manufacturing and How to Use the Machine Learning Cockpit for SAP Business ByDesign from SAP, both obtained in 2023.
