Nicolas Macchiavello

Nicolas Macchiavello is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as CEO and Director General at Grupo Profármaco since July 2022, Nicolas previously held significant roles including Board Member and Vice President at Fedefarma, and Country Chair and General Manager for Sanofi across Central America and the Caribbean. With a strong background in generics, Nicolas has successfully driven strategic improvements and organizational transformations at Sanofi, Medicines for Europe, and Merck Serono, while also contributing to innovative initiatives at Philip Morris International and Procter & Gamble. Nicolas holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
