Mario Baptista de Oliveira

Mario Baptista de Oliveira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the security and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Sócio at SuperJobs Ventures since May 2019 and a member of the advisory committee at Grupo Protege since February 2023, Mario also engages in Fine Art and Street Photography as a photographer at evolvere produtora. Previously, Mario held significant leadership roles at Grupo Protege, including Vice-President and Director General, contributing to the company’s focus on value transportation and asset security operations across 15 Brazilian states. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Vice-President of the Federation of National Security and Value Transport Companies and 2nd Vice-President of the Brazilian Association of Security and Vigilance Companies. Mario has also been a council member of the International Security League representing South America and served as CEO of PROAIR Serviços Auxiliares de Transporte Aéreo LTDA, overseeing a workforce of 3,000. Educational credentials include advanced programs at Harvard Business School and degrees in Business Administration from ESPM and Wharton.
