Tania Caballero Rosas

Tania Caballero Rosas is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in communication, entrepreneurship, and strategic collaboration. Currently serving as the Coordinator for Institutional Relations in the Southeast at Líderes Mexicanos since May 2025, Tania has also held positions as the Country Chair for the Pay Parity and Corporate Transformation Wing at G100: Mission Million, and as a collaborator at Radio Fórmula Yucatán. Tania is the founding director of Lohas México and has extensive experience in content creation and advisory roles, including participation as a guest speaker at EGADE Business School. As a co-founder of the Plataforma Dale la Vuelta and with a strong foundation in human communication from Universidad de las Américas, Tania is dedicated to promoting well-being and transformative narratives within various sectors.
