Claudia Andrade

Claudia Andrade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit recovery and legal management. Currently serving as Head de Atendimento e Centralidade no Cliente, Cobrança e Ação Contra at Grupo Recovery since August 2019, Claudia oversees the Extrajudicial and Judicial Credit Recovery areas, as well as the legal and product management functions. Prior to this role, Claudia worked for over eighteen years at Itaú Unibanco, holding positions including Gerente jurídica and Gerente cobrança, focusing on legal management and credit recovery, particularly in real estate, vehicles, and credit card sectors. Claudia holds an MBA from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a law degree from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM.
