'Daniela Ferreira'

Daniela Ferreira is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and quality training. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Grupo Recovery since February 2016, Daniela focuses on portfolio management for vehicle collections and retail, as well as the reintegration and development of new products. Previously, Daniela held the position of Quality and Training Coordinator at CNC Contact Center from August 2013 to December 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing monitoring and quality teams, training and development, and implementing motivational strategies. Daniela holds a degree in Marketing with an emphasis on Sales from Anhembi Morumbi (2015-2017) and has furthered education at Universidade Paulista (2019-2021).
