Idália Martins has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Idália started their career in 1999 as a Técnico de controle at CTT - Correios de Portugal, where they worked until 2000. In 2000, they joined MICROCAMP as a Profissional de telemarketing and worked there until 2001. In the same year, they started working at Grupo Rumos as the Head of B2C Sales and later transitioned into the role of B2B Client Success Specialist in 2023.
Idália Martins completed their MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and Creativity at FLAG from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued their secondary education at Liceu Filipa de Lencastre from 1996 to 2000, majoring in Letters, General Studies, and Humanities.
