Ruben Alexander Acevedo Rueda

Ruben Alexander Acevedo Rueda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and academia. Currently serving as the Encargado de Estudios de Sistemas Medianos y Aislados and Jefe de Distribución y Obras Zonal Osorno at Grupo Saesa since March 2020, Ruben is also a university professor at Instituto Profesional AIEP, delivering courses in electric networks and renewable project cost evaluation. Additionally, Ruben has a long-standing role as a professor at UNEXPO, teaching power system planning and distribution systems engineering. Previous positions include Assistant Professor at UCLA - Barquisimeto, Senior Electrical Engineer at Verano Capital, and Senior Consultant at CORPOELEC. Ruben holds a Doctorate in Engineering Sciences, a Master's degree in Process Control Engineering, an Electrical Engineering degree, and a Law degree, with ongoing education in Wind Farm Installation and Assembly Engineering.
