Karen Silva

Karen Silva currently holds the position of Coordenadora de TI at GRUPO SBF since August 2022. Prior to this role, Karen accumulated extensive experience at TIVIT, where responsibilities included leading operations as Coordenador de operações and managing governance as Analista de Governança from August 2012 to August 2022. Key accomplishments involved process organization for the manufacturing team, team leadership, project scheduling, and analysis of analyst availability for project activities. Karen began her career at Telefónica as an Analista em Gestão de Infra-Estrutura from October 2011 to July 2012, focusing on infrastructure reporting and contract analysis with partners. In academic pursuits, Karen earned a degree in Administração de Recursos Humanos from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho and is currently studying Processos Gerenciais with a focus on innovation at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
