Anderson Brugnera

Anderson Brugnera serves as the Global Chief People and Sustainability Officer and CHRO at Grupo SEB, leading the Global People & Sustainability division and impacting over 400,000 students across 35 countries. Concurrently, Anderson holds the position of Global Chief People Officer at Maple Bear Global Schools Ltd. Previous experience includes serving as Head of HR Operations and Service Center at Assaí Atacadista, overseeing a large HR team and managing HR for one of the largest business units of Groupe Casino, and various roles at GPA, including Head of Human Resources Operations for the Extra Brand Business Unit. Additional roles at Groupe Casino and Suzano Papel e Celulose involved international HR management, talent development, and operational effectiveness. Anderson holds an MBA in Human Resources from FIA Business School and has completed executive education in leadership at INSEAD.
