Consuelo Raby Guarda

Ms. Raby has been on the advisory committee of the Center for Regulation and Laws at Universidad del Desarrollo since 2019. She has chaired the board of Empresa Portuaria Talcahuano San Vicente since 2018, and was on the board of ENAP from 2021 to 2022. She is the co-founder of Script, a digital platform containing automated legal documents created to streamline legal work.

A licensed attorney, she spent 15 years as an associate and then a director at Carey y Cía., acquiring vast experience in corporate and contract law. After that she was appointed Corporate Legal Manager and secretary to the board at Parque Arauco S.A., managing that company's legal affairs in Chile, Peru and Colombia for almost five years.

In that position, she was recognized by her peers as a leading lawyer for three years in a row (2013, 2014 and 2015), obtaining second and third place in the ranking of Leading Lawyers Chile in the Corporate category.

Consuelo has a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (1996) and an L.L.M. from Duke University, North Carolina, USA (2002).
