Hernan Battiston

Hernan Battiston has a strong background in technology management and operations. Hernan began their career as an Operator at IBM in 1997 and steadily progressed through various roles within the company. During their time at IBM, they served as a Service Delivery Team Lead, Project Manager, and Manager in various capacities, including system operations, end-user services, and strategic outsourcing delivery.

In 2017, Battiston joined Falabella as the Corporate Technology Operations Director, where they remained until 2021. Hernan then moved on to Banco Ripley, where they held the position of Technology Manager / CTO from 2022 to 2023.

Currently, Hernan Battiston is working as the Corporate CTO - Technology Manager at Grupo Security, a position they have held since May 2023.

Hernan Battiston completed their High School Diploma at Instituto 20 de Junio from 1990 to 1995. Hernan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Buenos Aires, which they completed from 1998 to 2005. In 2007, they obtained a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute.
