Naoshi Matsumoto Takahashi

Mr. Matsumoto is a member of the Board of Grupo Security.

Mr. Matsumoto is Vice President of the Board of Sigdo Koppers S.A., an industrial holding, where he is a founding partner since 1974 and member of the Directors Committee. During his career, he held several positions of increasing responsibility, at Ingeniería y Construcción Sigdo Koppers S.A., where he started in 1961, and at Sigdo Koppers S.A., including General Controller and Vice President Controller.

Mr. Matsumoto is also Director of several of Sigdo Koppers holding companies including; Enaex S.A., Ferrocarril del Pacífico S.A., Puerto Ventanas S.A., Ingeniería y Construcción Sigdo Koppers S.A., Inversiones Automotrices S.A., Inversiones Petroquímicas S.A., SK Rental Group S.A., Converge S.A. Mr. Matsumoto graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with a degree in Commercial Engineering.
