Paulina Guerra was named Grupo Security’s Corporate Affairs Manager in September 2021. In this role, she is responsible for providing guidelines on environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) aspects, reputation, editorial lines, brand, quality, advertising, and public affairs for both the holding and its subsidiaries.
She joined the Group's Planning and Development Department in 2004, in charge of the Commercial Integration Area, where she developed and implemented the Cross-Selling and Business Intelligence Program. From 2013 to 2021 she served as Corporate Commercial Management Control Manager, overseeing and monitoring all companies’ budgets and helping define strategic plans. In this position, she implemented organization-wide technology platforms for comprehensive management control and process automation, all in line with world-class standards. During that period, Grupo Security was awarded the international Global Transformation Award from Qlik Sense.
In 2014 she served on the Alumni Association Advisory Council at ESE, the business school at Universidad de Los Andes, and took part in the Board of Women program, which promotes female participation on boards of directors. Since 2018 she has also been a member of Netmentora Chile, an organization that advises local entrepreneurs to help them develop scalable businesses and generate jobs in the country; as of 2021, she sits on the board of that institution.
Paulina Guerra has a degree in business administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and earned an MBA from ESE in 2012.
