Hegel Passos Botinha

Hegel Passos Botinha is the current CEO of Grupo Selpe. Hegel has previous experience working as a company director at Ação Gerencial, Condor Blanco Internacional, and ACMInas - Associação Comercial de Minas. Botinha has a long history with Selpe, having started working with the company over 20 years ago in 2000. Hegel has held various positions within Selpe during their time with the company, including CEO, before being promoted to their current position in 2019.

Hegel Passos Botinha studied positive psychology at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Hegel then pursued an MBA in business management at Ibmec. Afterwards, they completed a degree in business administration at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. Finally, they participated in a leadership development program at Fundação Dom Cabral.
