Michelle Ingrid possesses extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as RPO Vale at Vale since December 2023 and as an Analista de Atração & Seleção at Selpe since March 2023. Previous roles include General Coordinator at L’única Ateliê de Imagem e Beleza, overseeing a team and managing client relations from December 2016 to February 2023. Michelle's foundational experience in HR spans nearly a decade at Grupo Selpe Recursos Humanos, where responsibilities included supervising recruitment and selection processes across various industries. Additionally, an administrative auxiliary role at the Associação Municipal de Assistência Social provided early exposure to public service and operational support.
