Swan Augusto Queiroz

Swan Augusto Queiroz has extensive experience in human resources and personnel management, currently serving as Coordenador de Departamento Pessoal at Grupo Setup since April 2022 after previously holding the position of Supervisor de Departamento Pessoal. Prior roles at Endicon Engenharia from January 2016 to April 2022 include Analista de Recursos Humanos Pleno and Jr, where responsibilities involved analyzing and preparing KPIs related to judicial processes, labor liabilities, payroll, and HR costs, as well as supporting labor audience procedures and documentation management. Earlier career experiences include positions as Assistente and Auxiliar de Departamento Pessoal, where Swan managed documentation for labor inspections and acted as a company representative in labor meetings. Swan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law with a specialization in Labor Law from UNAMA, completed in January 2022.
