As the Group Finance Director at Grupo Simples since June 2014, Venkatachalam has demonstrated strong leadership abilities. Venkatachalam began a career in finance as Finance and Accounts Manager at Mukwano Industries (U) Ltd, and started in the field as an Audit Executive at Bahawan Automotive Center. Venkatachalam's educational background includes degrees in Costing and Management from The Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India, as well as additional qualifications in Auditing, Accounting, and Management from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from A.M. Jain College.
