Miguel Trujillo Fernández

Miguel Trujillo Fernández is an accomplished writer and literary translator with extensive experience in the publishing industry. Currently employed at Grupo SM since March 2015, Miguel has authored the novel 'Al otro lado' under the pseudonym Mike Lightwood and has translated numerous youth novels for various publishers including Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial and Grupo Planeta. Miguel's translation work spans literary, audiovisual, and video game content, with notable projects for Prisma Media and ATRESMEDIA. Miguel has received recognition for writing, winning the I Premio eLit LGTBI in 2020 for 'Lo que nunca fuimos' from HarperCollins Ibérica. With a solid educational background in Translation and Literary Translation from Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Cálamo & Cran, Miguel continues to engage in various creative and translation endeavors.
