Luiz Paulo Castro

Luiz Paulo Castro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people management and strategic operations. Currently serving as PMO | Chief of Staff at Grupo SOMA since May 2024, Luiz previously held the position of Head de People at Insider Store, where significant initiatives included the development of recruitment processes and compensation structures, along with implementing strategic planning and data governance for People Analytics. Prior to that, Luiz spent over six years at Grupo SOMA in various roles, successfully managing teams and projects centered around HR analytics, benefits, and corporate governance. Luiz's career commenced at White Martins as an intern and included a practical experience as a Lift Operator at The Summit at Snoqualmie Pass. Luiz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
