Chema Alvarez Ramos

Chema Alvarez Ramos has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Starting in 2012, they worked at Vapiano UK, initially as an Assistant Manager before moving up to Deputy Manager and eventually becoming a General Manager. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing daily operations and achieving high performance at the restaurant, which served as an International Training Center for the company.

In 2017, Chema joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as the Director of Operations and Brand Experience for ZX Ventures. Chema played a crucial role in AB InBev's entry into the hospitality industry in Spain, managing and growing a network of branded pubs, bars, and restaurants across the country for brands like Corona and La Virgen.

From 2020 to 2022, Chema worked at Grupo Larrumba Holding, where they held several roles. Chema served as the Chief Business Development Officer (Expansion Director), Director of Expansion and Spaces, and Expansion Manager. Chema'sresponsibilities included developing new business opportunities, managing expansion projects, and overseeing operations and new openings.

In 2022, Chema Alvarez Ramos joined Big Mamma Group as the Country General Manager for Spain. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's operations and growth in the country.

As of December 2022, Chema is currently serving as the COO - Operations - Projects, Business Development & Growth at Grupo Sounds.

Chema Alvarez Ramos pursued their Master Executive MBA degree from EAE Business School from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a certificate of higher education in Hospitality Administration/Management from IES escuela superior de hosteleria y turismo in the year 2010.
