Fidel S. Medina Guevara

Fidel S. Medina Guevara serves as the CIO, CDO, and IT & Digital Transformation Manager at Grupo Tawa since February 2022, leading the technology unit regionally and developing transformation models for the group’s companies. In addition to this role, Fidel has been a postgraduate instructor at CENTRUM PUCP and the Facultad de Gestión y Alta Dirección - PUCP since 2020, specializing in Digital Transformation and overseeing thesis projects. As a mentor at Innova ESAN since July 2018, Fidel supports startups in business model development and innovation technology. Previous positions include Operations Manager and Digital Transformation Manager at TiSmart, Head of Agile and Account Delivery Manager at Tsoft, and various roles at Corporación Grupo Romero, where Fidel successfully managed IT project demands and established project management documentation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Leadership and an MBA from CENTRUM PUCP, along with certifications from prestigious institutions such as MIT and the University of Virginia.
