Luiz Marcatti

Luiz Marcatti is an experienced professional in corporate governance, currently serving as an independent advisor at Grupo Multilixo and as the president of the advisory council at GRUPO NATUREZA and Grupo Natureza S/A. Since 2003, Luiz has been the president and senior partner at Mesa Corporate Governance. Additional board memberships include Grupo Sinop S/A and Grupo Tecnoset. Previously, Luiz held roles as a board member at SANCRIS Linhas Fios e Zíperes, UBEC, and Grupo Flytour Gapnet. Luiz has also contributed to academia as a former professor of Corporate Governance at Business School São Paulo. Education includes a degree in Business Administration from Universidade São Judas Tadeu and a specialized course at INSEAD on leading from the chair.
