Cynthia de la Garza

Cynthia de la Garza has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in the Capital Humano role at Grupo TI México since March 2023. Prior to this position, Cynthia worked at Zafiro Software and Grupo Be One, both in Capital Humano positions, from May 2022 to March 2023 and February 2020 to April 2022, respectively. Cynthia's earlier career includes significant roles at Banorte Seguros y Pensiones from June 2014 to May 2019, where responsibilities included Jefe de Capacitación, Coordinador de atención al personal, and Analista de prestaciones. Additionally, Cynthia started in human resources as an Integración - Auxiliar de Recursos Humanos at Apelsa Monterrey from May 2013 to June 2014. Cynthia holds a Lic. Psicología degree from Universidad Humanista de las Americas, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
