Rey Salvador Moreno Barrera

Rey Salvador Moreno Barrera is an experienced Oracle Consultant with a strong background in supporting and developing applications related to Oracle Payroll and HRMS. Currently employed at Grupo TI Mexico since February 2015, Rey has previously held roles at GNC Mexico, Grupo GP, Afirme Grupo Financiero, and Management Technology Innovations, contributing expertise in report development, requirements analysis, and database support. Rey holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Querétaro, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
